Amidst the ongoing 2024 Paris Olympics, some features of the LGBTQ+ dating app Grindr, has been disabled within the Olympic village. Users from the area revealed that they were unable to change their location on the app. Grindr confirmed this stating that it has done so to protect the privacy of athletes from anyone "who may try to expose them".
