RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said CM "Chacha" Nitish Kumar is in an "unconscious" state and unable to manage the state of Bihar. He alleged rapes and other crimes occur in broad daylight but the Nitish government doesn't take any action against anyone. Yadav called the CM "tired" and said bribery has become a "tradition" in his rule.
