A new housing scheme is coming at Sector 53 in Chandigarh. The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) will soon launch this residential project, which is coming nine years after the Sector 51 housing scheme launched in 2016. The self-financing housing scheme was hanging fire for almost a decade.
