Parveen Kumari, a government school teacher, has made Chandigarh proud by bagging the National Award. Among 45 awardees from across the country, the trained graduate teacher in social studies at Government Girls Senior Secondary School in Sector 20, Kumari, will receive the National Teachers’ Award 2025 from President Droupadi Murmu at a national-level function on September 5.
