The Mandi-Kullu stretch of Chandigarh-Manali national highway (NH-21), was blocked on Tuesday due to heavy rainfall and landslides. Around 450 roads, including four national highways were blocked across Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday. The NH-003 (Mandi-Dharampur) and NH-305 also remained blocked, At least 194 people have died since onset of monsoon in the state from June 20.
