A Chennai-based techie, Rene Joshilda, was arrested by Ahmedabad city's Cyber Crime Branch for sending hoax bomb threats to frame ex-colleague, who rejected her marriage proposal. Obsessed with him, she harassed women colleagues who interacted with him and even made a fake marriage certificate and circulated it to all her office colleagues.
