Congress leader Raashid Alvi reacted after PM Modi slammed the UPA government citing Congress leader Chidambaram's "Wanted to retaliate after 26/11 attacks but US said avoid war" remark. "This opportunity was given to PM by Chidambaram himself," Alvi said. "That’s why I had said earlier that his statement would give the BJP a political issue before Bihar polls," he added.
