Reacting to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's "match-fixing" remark on 2024 Maharashtra Assembly polls, Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule said Rahul is "troubled by electoral defeats". "Rahul keeps making such allegations to hide his own performance and the performance of his party," he stated. Bawankule added Rahul wants to "damage the election process", citing it a "childish move".
