Former President (Sikyong) of the Tibetan Government in Exile Lobsang Sangay has claimed that China is building "high-speed railways, highways, and military airfields right across Arunachal Pradesh". "They (China) are preparing to invade," Sangay told NDTV. He said China considers Tibet as the "palm" and Ladakh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh as its "five fingers".
