Chinese Defence Ministry spokesperson Zhang Xiaogang tried to evade a question on performance of the country's military equipment, including air defence missiles and satellite systems, in the recent Indo-Pak conflict. The reporter asked for China's evaluation, while calling the equipment's performance "below average". "India and Pakistan are neighbours that cannot be moved away," Xiaogang replied.
