Head of Taiwan's National Security Council, Joseph Wu, said that China is more interested in expansionism than solving its own economic and social problems. His statement comes after Taiwan said it spotted two Chinese military sorties and five naval vessels operating near its territory. China says Taiwan is one of its provinces with no right to call itself a country.
