China has suspended additional tariffs on US goods for 90 days after President Donald Trump extended the tariff deadline on Chinese imports by three months. The previous deadline was August 12. Without the extension, US duties on Chinese goods could have risen above the already high 30%, and Beijing would've responded in a retaliatory measure towards US exports to China.
