Ahead of Bihar elections, Chirag Paswan has set a key condition on seat sharing, saying issue is not the number of seats but the strike rate. He wants to contest only where victory is assured, aiming for a 100% strike rate like in Lok Sabha polls. As per sources, NDA may give JDU 102-103, BJP 101-102, and LJP 25-28 seats.
