Supreme Court dismissed a plea filed by British citizen Christian Michel James, an accused in the AgustaWestland VVIP Chopper scam. James had challenged the bail conditions imposed on him by the Delhi High Court. The Delhi HC had directed him to provide where he intended to reside after his bail and the British High Commission to deposit his new passport.
