ChrysCapital will acquire 90% stake in Mumbai-based sisters Kainaz and Tina Messman Wykes' bakery chain Theobroma, reports stated. The deal is worth ₹2,410-crore and nearly 90% stake will be acquired from promoter, Wykes family and existing investor ICICI Venture, while the remaining 10% stake may be retained by existing shareholders. ICICI Venture invested around ₹30 crore in Theobroma in 2021.
