The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has released a Model State Policy on Global Capability Centres (GCCs) to guide Indian states in attracting and scaling next-gen hubs for multinational firms. The framework aims to expand GCCs beyond metros, create millions of high-quality jobs, boost innovation, and integrate India deeper into global value chains.
