Cipher Mining shares surged nearly 20% premarket after signing a $5.5 billion, 15-year lease deal with Amazon Web Services to provide power and space for AI workloads. The company will deliver 300 MW of capacity in two phases starting July 2026, with rent beginning in August and full completion by late 2026.
