A Class 10 student gave birth to a baby at a state-run residential school in Odisha's Malkangiri, following which the District Welfare Officer has ordered an inquiry. "Men aren't allowed in...girl's hostel. We don't know how she got pregnant," the headmaster said. The girl's parents also questioned school authorities about how the pregnancy remained hidden till she went into labour.
