Anvi Singh, a Class 10 topper, became the Deputy Commissioner (DC) in Himachal Pradesh's Mandi under a new initiative aimed at inspiring young achievers. Anvi had topped in the Mandi district, and as a reward, she was allowed to serve as the Deputy Commissioner for a day. As the DC, she inspected an earthquake mock drill and interacted with officials.
