ClearTax has laid-off 25% of its staff, with freshers who were hired recently being hit the hardest. According to multiple LinkedIn posts by IITians, some of whom were hired just two months ago, the company fired them without warning. IIT Guwahati graduate Anoop Singh said, "Difficult to process having the rug pulled out from under you right at career's start."
