Tauqeer Raza, a cleric and chief of Ittehad-e-Millat Council, whose call for protest supporting 'I love Muhammad' campaign led to chaos and stone pelting in UP's Bareilly, was arrested on Saturday. Police had resorted to lathi charge on protesters who pelted stones during protests. Videos showed a huge crowd gathered outside Raza's house, raising slogans with 'I love Muhammad' placards.
