Cloudburst and flash flood have caused massive destruction in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi. A video of raging water washing away houses, buildings and people in the region has surfaced on social media. While officials and rescuers have reached the spot, reports claimed that at least 50 people are missing after the incident.
