At least four tourists were killed and 15 others reported missing after flash floods triggered by a cloudburst hit the Gilgit-Baltistan region in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) on Monday. The deceased and injured had been shifted to a local hospital. Hundreds of stranded tourists were rescued, with local residents providing temporary shelter, a senior official said.
