Widespread devastation has been reported across Himachal Pradesh's Mandi district following continuous heavy rainfall, flashfloods, and multiple cloudburst incidents since Monday night. One person has been confirmed dead, nine remain missing, and at least 41 people have been rescued in various emergency operations led by the district administration and State Disaster Response Force.
