Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann on Sunday dedicated a 100-feet-tall Tricolour at the Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Heritage Museum in honour of the martyr's birth anniversary. The CM paid tributes at the martyr's memorial and laid a floral wreath at his statue. He announced that a ₹51.70 cr Shaheed Bhagat Singh Heritage Complex will be inaugurated soon.
