A 30-year-old coach was arrested for allegedly raping a minor female hockey player in Uttarakhand's Haridwar, ahead of 38th National Games, set to be held in the state this year. The accused has been identified as Bhanu Agarwal, a resident of Uttarakhand's Champawat district. The minor hockey player was attending a camp for preparation ahead of the Games, reports said.
