Cognizant is planning to implement salary hikes for the majority of its employees during the second half of the current year, CFO Jatin Dalal said on Thursday. He, however, noted that no firm timeline has been decided yet due to prevailing macroeconomic uncertainties. Besides Cognizant, companies such as TCS, HCLTech, and Wipro have also delayed salary hikes, News18 reported.
