A pedestrian-friendly project in Colaba is 40% complete and is expected to be ready by December 2025. The ₹5 crore project by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation aims to improve pedestrian infrastructure along 210 metres. According to Makarand Narwekar, the phase-I stretch between Mantralaya to Badhwar Park is slated to be ready by the end of next year.
