Doctors have dismissed viral claims linking cold morning showers to brain strokes. Neurologist Dr Yatin Sagvekar at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital said cold exposure may briefly raise blood pressure and heart rate but poses no stroke risk to healthy individuals. The viral claim that "74% of strokes in young men" occur after cold showers has no medical evidence, he added.
