Colombia said it has recalled its ambassador from Washington after US President Donald Trump said he'd raise tariffs on the South American nation and stop all payments to it. Earlier, Trump had also called Colombia's President Gustavo Petro an "illegal drug leader". Petro had objected to US military's strikes against vessels in the Caribbean which have killed dozens of people.
