Colombian Presidential candidate Miguel Uribe Turbay, who was shot in the head at a political rally in Bogota on June 7, has succumbed to his injuries, his family said. Turbay was undergoing treatment and was said to be in an extremely critical condition. A 15-year-old boy was arrested in connection with the incident and has been charged with attempted murder.
