Commuters have been having harrowing time on Punjab's Muktsar-Malout road for the past few months. Earlier, the temporary path built along an under-construction bridge over the Chandbhan drain at Rupana village was not only risky but also got washed away during the recent rains. Now, the authorities have closed another alternate temporary passage built over the drain as well.
