Divyang Adhikar Mahasangh, a disability rights group, has filed a formal complaint against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his "lame horse" remark. They filed the complaint with Chief Election Commissioner and Rajasthan Police, stating that Rahul's comment is offensive to people with disabilities. Notably, Rahul had said at an event in Bhopal that Congress needs to retire "lame horses".
