Ahead of the upcoming State Assembly elections, the Congress party on Friday announced a unique campaign to appeal to women voters in Bihar. Addressing a press conference, Bihar Congress president Rajesh Kumar said that Mahila Congress workers would distribute sanitary pads to five lakh women across the state.
