Congress MP Shashi Tharoor was asked about his party leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi's 'Narendra Surrender' remark about PM Narendra Modi. Tharoor initially laughed and then said, ''We have enormous respect for the American Presidency...All we can say for ourselves is that we never particularly wanted to ask anyone to mediate."
