Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of making false promises and neglecting Seemanchal’s development in Bihar. He cited missing projects such as Vikramshila University and Darbhanga AIIMS, and questioned the ‘double-engine’ government’s record. "There is neither education, nor healthcare, nor employment in Seemanchal," he said.
