Congress leader and former Haryana minister Captain Ajay Singh Yadav criticised the party for appointing Rao Narender Singh as chief of its Haryana unit. "Congress needs to introspect regarding the party's falling graph in Haryana...Rahul Gandhi wanted [someone] with a clean, spotless image...but the decision is reversed," he said. "The party cadre morale is at its lowest," Yadav added.
