The Congress party approached senior leader Shashi Tharoor to speak during the discussion on Operation Sindoor in the Parliament, NDTV reported citing party sources. However, Tharoor reportedly declined. LoP Rahul Gandhi and MPs Gaurav Gogoi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Deepender Hooda, Parineeti Shinde, Shafi Parambil, Manickam Tagore and Raja Barad will speak for Congress in Parliament.
