Reacting to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi calling India informing Pakistan at the start of Operation Sindoor a "crime", BJP leader Nishikant Dubey said that Congress-backed Chandra Shekhar-led government in 1991 made pact with Pakistan. He stated that the pact includes exchanging information about any attack or army movement. "Is this agreement treason?" he asked.
