In Bihar, Congress has taken a firm stand on seat sharing and presented two formulas to the RJD — 70 seats without the Deputy CM post, or 50 seats with it. The party has clearly stated it won't contest weak seats like in 2020. Congress is focusing on winnable constituencies and demands at least one strong seat in every district.
