PM Narendra Modi said Congress ignored India's potential after independence because of which after six-seven decades of independence, India has not achieved the success it deserved. "For a long time Congress government kept India entangled in the license-quota raj, isolating it from the world market," he added. PM Modi further accused the Congress of causing harm to country's youth.
