Former Karnataka CM and Congress leader Veerappa Moily called the party high command "negligent" for not foreseeing the impasse between CM Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM DK Shivakumar over the CM post. "Nobody is made accountable," he said. He added that it's not just the high command but also the people in charge of the state who should take responsibility.
