Addressing a public gathering in Odisha, PM Narendra Modi accused Congress of indulging in "loot tantra (tactics)" while in power. Talking about revised GST structures, the PM said that era of "double bachat (saving) and double kamai (income)" has arrived under BJP's rule. He further criticised the Congress for levying income tax on annual income upto ₹2 lakh before 2014.
