BJP's IT head Amit Malviya shared a video to claim that Congress workers tried to kidnap and run over Ratan Ranjan, a political satirist who was booked for allegedly sharing a video that showed Rahul Gandhi on a sanitary pad. Ranjan claimed in the video that the car that tried to run him over belonged to Congress workers.
