Congress MLA from Karnataka's Ramanagara constituency, Iqbal Hussain, said nearly 100 MLAs, including him, want a change in the state's leadership. He backed Deputy CM DK Shivakumar for the CM's post currently held by Siddaramaiah, saying he deserves an opportunity. "He has worked hard and strengthened the party," Hussain said. Some MLAs reportedly met Congress General Secretary Randeep Surjewala.
