The Congress released its second list of five candidates for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, taking the total to 53. It had earlier released a list of 48 candidates, including the party's state president Rajesh Ram, who will contest the election from the SC-reserved constituency of Kutumba. The Mahagathbandhan is yet to announce the seat-sharing arrangement among allies.
