Bihar Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha said on Friday that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and "his family were in power for a long time (in Bihar)...they never worked for welfare of Dalits and women." Deputy CM Sinha accused Congress of "insulting people of Bihar by sitting in power with those who ran industry of murder, loot and rape in Bihar."
