The Congress on Tuesday issued show-cause notices to 43 party leaders, including former ministers, for alleged anti-party activities during Bihar Assembly polls. The notice directed them to submit a written explanation by noon on November 21. It also warned that failure to respond within the deadline could lead to strict action, including expulsion from party for six years.
