As the flood situation in Punjab is worsening, Punjab Congress leadership on Tuesday targeted CM Mann for allegedly "abandoning" the flood-ravaged people. CLP leader Partap Bajwa further accused the Mann-led government of gross administrative failure by ignoring repeated meteorological warnings and early alerts from neighbouring Himachal about rising water levels due to incessant rain.
