Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee President Tariq Hameed Karra claimed Congress was ready for a pre-poll alliance with AAP in Delhi but AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal refused. "It is a defeat of Kejriwal, his high-headedness that he could do miracles without the Congress," Tariq said. Congress failed to win any seat while AAP won 22 seats in Delhi polls.
